The gym comes fully equiped with both Cardio Vascular (CV) kit - you know like treadmills and bikes etc, and a good range of weights machines too.

 

What's more we our intimate gym floor is never crowded, meaning you can get the work out you need when you want without waiting for machines or the frustration and impersonal aspects of many local 'fitness clubs'
