Mark Williams the owner of the Waterside Leisure Club has completed his solo bike ride to raise money for the Sarcoma cancer trust.

Mark cycled the length of Great Britain starting from John o'Groats on the 11th May and arriving at Lands End on 23rd May 2009 having covered 1050 miles.

Mark's 36year old brother-in-law Tim Hemmings died recently from a rare form of cancer, clear cell sarcoma. This cancer is very aggressive affecting mostly young healthy people and is generally untreatable, being resistant to both radio and chemotherapy. Tim lost his battle in November 2008 after being diagnosed in May.

Mark has thus far raised several thousands of pounds for the Sarcoma Trust.
