Waterside Club
Dear leisure
club member,
As you may have
heard, MW Leisure Estates recently appointed Sencio Community
Leisure to take over the running of the Waterside club and
estate.
With this in
mind I would like to introduce Sencio Community Leisure
(SCL) your new management partner for the site. I am delighted
to confirm we have agreed a 15-year lease from MW Leisure
Estates and officially assumed responsibility for key services
associated with the site from 1st of August 2009.
For those of
you that may not know of us, Sencio Community Leisure already
operates a number of leisure facilities, gyms and an award
winning golf course in the South East of England. Our management
team has a long and distinguished track record of running
leisure facilities, and our expertise in the leisure and
fitness industries, means the Waterside Club is well-placed
to grow as a business while at the same time striving to
deliver the best possible customer experience.
Our immediate
priority will of course, be to ensure a smooth transition
for our existing members, new customers, staff and partners.
Over the coming weeks you are likely to notice some small
changes taking place around the site, and we hope you will
agree that any improvements we can bring to this already
impressive site will only serve to further enhance your
experience and enjoyment of the facilities here.
In closing I
can say both Mark Williams and myself are confident that
this opportunity represents an exciting new phase for Waterside
and I am keen to ensure that our combined expertise in leisure
management helps to take the site from strength to strength
in the future.
